John is the co-founder and CEO for Canadians Sharing Locally and Globally Charity. John has a background in business management in residential construction and retail sales environments. John's mission is to open hearts💙 and create opportunities in India and worldwide. John has volunteered with Canadians Sharing since 2012.
Cathy WENUK
PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Cathy is the co-founder, President and CFO for Canadians Sharing Locally and Globally Charity since 2012. Cathy is a lawyer and former judge with the Immigration and Refugee Board. She is passionate about supporting societal change in underserved communities in conjunction with the needs our charitable affiliates in India and worldwide. Cathy's mission is to open hearts💙 and create opportunities in India and worldwide.
Peter Stewart
BOARD MEMBER
Peter is a member of the board of directors at Canadians Sharing. Peter has been practicing law since 1974 and is a partner at Stewart and Stewart LLB in Calgary, Alberta. Founder of Ritam Spiritual Retreats near Cochraine, Alberta. Peter has advised on legal matters and helped tremendously to shape the vision and mission for Canadians Sharing since 2015.
Niki Rickhi
BOARD MEMBER
Niki is a member of the board of Canadians Sharing and a Financial Officer since 2023. Niki has worked as a research coordinator for CINIM, a Calgary-based charitable research institute focused on integrative medicine. She has used her leadership skills to serve on multiple School Councils, helping to plan and fundraise for over eight years. As a long-time supporter of Canadian's Sharing, Niki has been involved with charitable programs in India for over 20 years.
Shubatha Devamanoharan
BOARD MEMBER
Shubatha is a member of the board of Canadians Sharing since 2023. Shubtha has a background as a developmental support worker and a behavioural technician. Subatha is also a classical Indian dance production coordinator.
